1. Introduction

Keyovia Inc. ("Keyovia," "we," "us," or "our") provides credit education, rent reporting, and financial tools ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Regulatory Scope

California (CCPA/CPRA)

Keyovia provides all required consumer rights, including access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of sharing. Keyovia does not sell personal information.

GLBA (Financial Information)

Financial data such as rent reporting, payment information, and credit-related data is treated as Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI) and protected under GLBA's Privacy Rule and Safeguards Rule.

EU/EEA (GDPR)

For EU/EEA users, Keyovia acts as a Data Controller and processes personal data under lawful bases such as consent, contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

8. Automated Tools & AI

AI Usage Policy

Keyovia uses AI-powered tools for support and analytics. These tools do not make final credit decisions, are monitored for fairness and accuracy, and are subject to GDPR Article 22 protections where applicable.

9. International Data Transfers

Cross-Border Transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Updates to These Terms

Keyovia may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, business practices, or service offerings. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyovia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months (if any).

12. AI & Automated Tools (Additional)

Keyovia may use AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, automated assistants) to enhance user experience. These tools may record interactions for quality assurance and training purposes but do not make final credit decisions.

13. Termination

Keyovia may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent behavior
Non-payment
Other harmful conduct

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Keyovia does not guarantee:

  • Specific credit score improvements
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Accuracy of third-party data

15. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Keyovia or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Keyovia, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

17. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in West Virginia.
